1) Place apples in 1 quart casserole dish. Combine orange juice, cinnamon and lime juice and mix well. Pour mixture over apples.
2) In seperate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over apples.
3) Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
