Baked Apple Surprise

2 Apples 142 cal 0.8 protein
1 ripe banana 72 cal 0.9 protein
1/2 tsp nutmeg 0 cal 0 protein
A few drops of lemon juice 5 cal 0 protein
Juice of 1 Orange 39 cal 0.6 protein
1 tsp Splenda 2 cal 0 protein

1) Mash the banana. Add nutmeg, lemon juice and splenda. Peel the apples and divide into two.
2) Scoop out the centers and fill with the banana mixture. Pour the orange juice over the top.
3) Bake in a hot oven at 400-degrees for 20 minutes or until the apples are soft. Serve hot.
