Baked Chicken with Mushrooms

1/2 lb. fresh Mushrooms, sliced 50 cal 7 protein
1/4 cup chopped Parsley 5.5 cal 0.45 protein
2 tbsp. Chives 0 cal 0 protein
1 tsp. Onion Salt 0 cal 0 protein
4 (10 oz.) Chicken Breasts (cut in half) 1172 cal 117.2 protein
1/2 cup Lemon Juice 30.5 cal 0.45 protein
1 tsp. Paprika 4 cal 0.2 protein

1) Mix mushrooms, parsley and chives. Place in baking dish. Add chicken ontop of the mushrooms.
2) Slowly pour lemon juice over chicken; then sprinkle with onions, salt, paprika and poultry seasoning.
3) Cover; bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout.
