Baked Red Snapper

1 pound Red Snapper Fillets, cut into 3-inch cubes 454 cal 93.2 protein
2 teaspoons Powdered Rosemary 8 cal 0.1 protein
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper 0 cal 0 protein
2 Fresh Lemons, peeled and finely diced 49 cal 1.8 protein
1/4 cup chopped Fresh Parsley 5 cal 0.4 protein

1) Sprinkle fish generously with powdered rosemary and black pepper. Arrange in a nonstick baking pan and bake at 325-degrees 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
2) Remove to serving plate. Cover with lemons and sprinkle with parsley.
