Chili Corn Sauce Chicken Recipe

|Boneless, skinless chicken breast||calories||protein|
|1 cup Chicken Soup Stock||calories||protein|
|1 Red and Green Peppers (diced)||calories||protein|
|1 cup Frozen Corn||calories||protein|
|2 Green Onions (chopped)||calories||protein|
|2 tbsps Lime Juice||calories||protein|
|1-2 tsp Chili Powder||calories||protein|
|Salt and Pepper - add to taste||calories||protein|
|1/2 tsp Sugar||calories||protein|
1) Sprinkle some chili powder, salt and sugar on to the chicken. Grill the chicken until both sides are browned.
2) In a skillet, add in the soup stock, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar, lime juice, corn, green/red peppers and green onions. Bring to a boil.
3) Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes. Then top off the chicken with this sauce, and serve.
