Chili Corn Sauce Chicken Recipe

Boneless, skinless chicken breast calories protein
1 cup Chicken Soup Stock calories protein
1 Red and Green Peppers (diced) calories protein
1 cup Frozen Corn calories protein
2 Green Onions (chopped) calories protein
2 tbsps Lime Juice calories protein
1-2 tsp Chili Powder calories protein
Salt and Pepper - add to taste calories protein
1/2 tsp Sugar calories protein

1) Sprinkle some chili powder, salt and sugar on to the chicken. Grill the chicken until both sides are browned.
2) In a skillet, add in the soup stock, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar, lime juice, corn, green/red peppers and green onions. Bring to a boil.
3) Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes. Then top off the chicken with this sauce, and serve.
