Cinnamon-Raisin Biscuits

2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick Mix 840 cal 18 protein
1/2 cup Skim Milk 45 cal 4.4 protein
1/3 cup Splenda (sugar substitute) 32 cal 0 protein
1/3 cup Raisins 130 cal 1.3 protein
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 0 cal 0 protein

1) Heat oven to 425°F.
2) Stir all ingredients in medium bowl until soft dough forms. Drop by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with additional Splenda, if desired.
3) Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture before baking.
