Egg Muffins

1/2 lb Deli Turkey, chopped 236 cal 38.8 protein
12 Eggs, beaten 882 cal 75.5 protein
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded 455 cal 28.1 protein
1 (4 oz) can Green Chilies, chopped and drained 24 cal 0.8 protein
2 Green Onions, chopped 10 cal 0 protein
1 tsp Garlic Powder 0 cal 0 protein

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups.
2) Place all ingredients in a bowl to combine; mix well. Spoon mixture evenly between muffin cups.
3) Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until egg has set and a toothpick inserted into each "muffin" comes out clean.

Optional: Rather than the Deli Turkey, you can replace it with any breakfast meat like sausage, ham or bacon. Turkey is the healthiest and lowest in calorie.
