|1 cup Dannon Light 'N Fit Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt (or a different brand, I got the calories off Dannon)||60 cal||5 protein|
|1/2 cup Crunchy Low-Fat Granola, divided||150 cal||9.4 protein|
|1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced||11.5 cal||0.25 protein|
|1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries, sliced||20.75 cal||0.28 protein|
1) To assemble parfait, begin with yogurt in the bottom of a bowl or tall glass.
2) Add 2 tablespoons cereal and 1/4 cup fruit. Repeat.
3) Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of cereal.
Optional: You can change the fruit to fresh pineapple, apple, mango, peaches etc for something different, just make sure you change the calories for each :)
