Pleasin' Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

242.25 calories/14.93 grams protein per serving. Yeild; 1 Serving


1 cup Dannon Light 'N Fit Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt (or a different brand, I got the calories off Dannon) 60 cal 5 protein
1/2 cup Crunchy Low-Fat Granola, divided 150 cal 9.4 protein
1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced 11.5 cal 0.25 protein
1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries, sliced 20.75 cal 0.28 protein

1) To assemble parfait, begin with yogurt in the bottom of a bowl or tall glass.
2) Add 2 tablespoons cereal and 1/4 cup fruit. Repeat.
3) Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of cereal.

Optional: You can change the fruit to fresh pineapple, apple, mango, peaches etc for something different, just make sure you change the calories for each :)
