Southwestern Pork Chops

1) Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
2) Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Sauté pork chops 2 minutes per side.
3) Add salsa and cumin. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover skillet and simmer 6-7 minutes or until pork is cooked throughout.
4) Spoon sauce over pork and sprinkle with cheese.
